Refund and Returns Policy

At RCwithCurly, we value customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are accepted for purchases made on https://rcwithcurly.nearbuystore.in.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product was damaged during transit
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is defective upon arrival

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

For your protection and ours, we request that you always record a clear, uncut unboxing video when opening your package.

The video must:

  • Start with the sealed package clearly visible
  • Show the package being opened from start to finish
  • Clearly display the RC car and its working condition

This video helps us verify and process claims related to damage, missing parts, or incorrect items.

Please note: No replacement or refund will be approved without proper unboxing video evidence.

3. Reporting Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, has missing parts, or is incorrect, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery.

You must share:

  • Order details
  • Clear images and/or videos (including unboxing video)

Once the issue is verified:

  • We may offer a free repair or replacement
  • If the item is unavailable, a 100% refund will be issued
  • Replacement products will be delivered within 7 days

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, altered, or damaged products (not due to transit)
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Consumables and electronic components once opened

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

6. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs will be borne by RCwithCurly.

In all other cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first. Then contact us for assistance.
